Refund Policy
Hiring Seeker believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a considerate cancellation policy. We, as a merchant, provide a service that comes in the form of services. As such, our offering is not a tangible product that can be returned for a refund. It can be used immediately upon receipt; there is no product to return.
As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy any service at hrcareermaker.com, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Service Management Office (SMO) of Hiring Seeker. You may submit your cancellation requests by e-mail within 24 hours of opting for the services. Your request will not be considered valid in case cancellation request is raised after 24 hours of opting the services. We will ensure that we address your issues on priority.

We take a minimum of 20 working days to process the cancellation request.
Cancellation of service is based on the service level agreement, as agreed with you while starting the service.
Once services have started, they cannot be cancelled.
In the event of cancellation of services mutually decided between you and Hiring Seeker, you have to pay for efforts invested in services up to the date of cancellation.
All banking and Government charges will be borne by the client in case of successful cancellation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Hiring Seeker will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds for early service withdrawal. All refund requests have to be initiated after the service period is over.
No refund will be processed for these services in any case: Premium Amenities (Premium Facilities), Stimulate Scout Profile Verification Service 1, Stimulate Scout Reference Check Service 2, as external agencies are hired to deliver these services.
Generally, consultation fees are non-refundable because of the administrative costs involved in dealing with refunds.
Where applicable, refunds will only be accepted via e-mail to us at admin@hiringseeker.com.
For pending casework, refunds will generally be made on a pro-rata basis, taking into account actual work done on a particular case.
Once approved by our team, we take a minimum of 20 working days to process the refund amount successfully to your account.
In the case of a successful refund, all Bank and Government charges will be borne by the customer. The said amount will be debited and the rest amount will be settled to the customer’s account.
Refund by Hiring Seeker will not be processed for a customer whose service period of 45 working days is over.

As a responsible organisation, no oral or over-phone refund requests are accepted.
No refund will be processed for a service in which the customer has opted for a discount and has paid a discounted amount to Hiring Seeker.
Hiring Seeker has not offered any sort of assurance, advice or pledge on work assistance or job assurance. No refund will be processed or accepted by Hiring Seeker by any client on the ground that Hiring Seeker has been unable to offer a job guarantee in India or abroad.
The service charges by Hiring Seeker have no reference to the market charges and are as per the company standards to which the client agreed. Any claims after the registration, such as charges being too expensive, will not be entertained and the applicant will have no right to contest the same as it was explained and expressed through all the sources of information, and the client has been informed before registering.
Refund of Duplicate Payment:
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
